Until you add larger injectors, a new upper pulley, and a sweet tune - then that MPG gets real thin, like almost single digits… still a gas to drive tho ❤️

I bought mine when I lived in Texas, of which we had plenty :)Įdit: the HC is my daily driver (when weather permits) and if you keep your foot out of it, they’ll get decent mileage. Unless you live in the center of a city or have constant gridlock traffic, then don’t do that to yourself - these cars need room to stretch them legs.

If you CAN get a hellcat and afford to drive the thing around (fuel, $10/qt oil that you MUST add regularly, insurance, new underwear, etc) then you should treat yourself and doooo eeeeet. Having better tires than those shit perrellis are a must, then this beast becomes more predictable and the traction control package does a good job of trying to keep you from killing yourself.

It’s not about the top speed, it’s merging after seeing the guy 15 car lengths back speed up when you put your blinker on to change lanes, then letting that sweet sweet supercharger sing as you effortlessly pass his pathetic attempt at lane blocking - and all it took was the slightest of pressure changes in your right foot. When I had an opportunity to buy my M6 Hellcat, I traded the scat in and have zero regrets. I bought a M6 scat when the HC first came out (I wasn’t paying “market adjusted” prices) and looooooved it (if you go this route, get a Tazer and unlock SRT mode).
