A new Hellcat was not a good financial decision for me personally because of budget and the higher cost of insurance, gas, tires. I just picked up a Scat Pack Shaker 6sp and I toyed with the idea of a used Hellcat but I could not get the 10-15K of relentless burnouts from the previous owner out of my head.

When I had an opportunity to buy my M6 Hellcat, I traded the scat in and have zero regrets. I bought a M6 scat when the HC first came out (I wasn’t paying “market adjusted” prices) and looooooved it (if you go this route, get a Tazer and unlock SRT mode).
